Overview:
As a technician, you will play a pivotal role in setting up and optimising CRM solutions for our diverse client base playing across a variety of industries from financial services to medical. You will work closely with our CRM Specialists to implement all HubSpot hubs, following the best practices, to deliver maximum business value.

Responsibilities:

You will collaborate extensively with our CTO and CRM Specialists through pairing, solution design discussions, and direct contributions to projects

Collaborate with CRM Specialists and read process maps to understand customer business needs and objectives, and tailor HubSpot CRM solutions to meet those requirements

Own more complex configuration of HubSpot, across all Hubs, to ensure optimal performance and deliver maximum value for the customers

Test your and others’ HubSpot builds to drive high quality of delivery

Configure existing HubSpot Marketplace apps to connect HubSpot with a variety of third-party systems to create seamless CRM solutions for customers

Record Loom videos for customers and our team to give them a clear understanding of key elements of your builds and enable them to use them going forward

Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry trends to ensure clients benefit from the most current solutions
What will the first 30-90 days look like:

30 days - Get settled into your new role and company, become familiar with our delivery approach by shadowing live projects; hit the ground running by doing your first HubSpot builds and solving real customer problems

60 days - Start owning more complex HubSpot builds and actively proposing opportunities to improve and evolve our approach. Drive further scale for the business by producing reusable templates and other collateral

90 days - You'd now be hitting maximum business impact via individual contribution and through mentoring, coaching and upskilling of new hires and our delivery team
How success will be measured:
Your success will be measured by speed and quality (based on customer feedback and satisfaction) of delivered CRM implementation projects as well as the effort reduction in ongoing delivery work via improved processes and reusable templates.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience delivering CRM and marketing automation solutions.

HubSpot Expertise: Strong preference for candidates with in-depth knowledge of HubSpot hubs, backed by up-to-date certifications or professional experience

Problem-Solving & Impact: A proactive problem solver who enjoys driving business impact through technical solutions and is eager to take on more ownership in a fast-paced environment

Project History: Proven track record of driving marketing, sales, or business automation projects

Revenue Growth: Experience increasing revenue through the successful management of marketing campaigns is a major plus

Technical Tools: Proficiency in building Zapier workflows or similar automation solutions is highly desirable
