Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager & Operations Team Lead to oversee operations, ensure project success, and drive strategic initiatives. This role provides leadership, structure, and accountability across teams to support long-term business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a cohesive environment where cross-functional teams can thrive and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM EST (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, workflows, and team performance to ensure business continuity.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and overall project outcomes.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring clear communication.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, track progress, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
• Strategic Support: Support strategic planning and execution of key business initiatives to drive growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management or team leadership within the B2B space.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
