Job Overview

Our client is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage client communications across phone and social media channels. This role plays a critical part in delivering a professional, responsive, and high-quality customer experience.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and social media inquiries
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
  • Assist clients with service inquiries, scheduling, and general support
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when needed
  • Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable handling phone and social media interactions
  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills
