About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative & Customer Service Representative to support our growing operations. This role combines administrative work, customer follow-up, and light outbound outreach to healthcare providers.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth experience for both loan applicants and medical partners, while helping keep internal processes organized and efficient.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm (US Eastern Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process new doctor enrollment forms across multiple lending partners, ensuring all information is accurate and complete
- Follow up with loan applicants via phone to confirm application status, approvals, and next steps
- Conduct outbound calls to medical providers to identify the appropriate contact for patient financing
- Send professional follow-up and introduction emails to prospective partners
- Upload and manage documentation within lender portals on time
- Maintain organized records of outreach, enrollments, and customer interactions
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, or call center roles
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone presence
- Close attention to detail, especially when handling forms and data entry
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities throughout the day
- Experience in healthcare or financial services is a plus, but not required
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting the onboarding of healthcare providers onto a patient financing platform
- Acting as a point of contact for applicants who need follow-up after submitting applications
- Helping build a pipeline of new provider contacts through consistent outreach
- Contributing to a function that is expected to grow significantly over the next 3–6 months
