Overview

Join a cutting-edge wellness brand as the primary revenue engine for an innovative studio and fitness facility. You will convert high-quality warm leads and manage an extensive prospect database to help clients access life-changing recovery and health modalities.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

• Handle 5-10 fresh leads daily from multiple marketing channels (LinkedIn, Reddit ads, Google, Facebook, Instagram)
• Follow up on aged leads database of 2,000+ prospects who previously showed interest but haven’t purchased
• Make outbound phone calls to prospects to convert them into paying customers
• Send follow-up emails and respond to prospect inquiries via email
• Sell intro offers and packages to get new customers into the wellness studio and gym
• Learn and understand all wellness modalities including hot/cold plunges, saunas, red light therapy, compression therapy, and PEMF therapy
• Use CRM software to track leads, manage follow-ups, and record sales activities
• Work across both the wellness studio and gym businesses using the same systems and processes

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills for phone and email sales
• Experience with CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to learn complex wellness and fitness concepts quickly
• Phone sales experience and comfort with outbound calling
• Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
• Commitment to long-term employment (not seeking short-term opportunities)
• Bonus if you’re Spanish/English bilingual, especially Colombian candidates
• It helps if you have experience in wellness, fitness, or health-related industries
