A well-established recruitment company specializing in connecting talents with international career opportunities. Schedule

Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM PHT, with 1 hour paid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential client companies in target markets based on specific parameters and industry focus.
- Make outbound calls to verify lead information, contact details, and company legitimacy.
- Present international recruitment services during initial prospect conversations and deliver effective elevator pitches.
- Verify key contacts and ensure companies meet minimum hiring thresholds (5-10+ hiring needs).
- Pass vetted leads to senior leadership for deal development.
- Maintain detailed records of all research activities and call outcomes in the CRM.
- Handle rejection professionally while maintaining persistence in competitive international markets.
Requirements
- Professional English communication skills for international business calls.
- Extensive sales and telemarketing experience with a proven ability to close.
- Essential lead generation experience, specifically including voice and outbound calling components.
- Solid research abilities using various digital tools and databases.
- Understanding of recruitment or staffing industry dynamics.
- Technical proficiency with CRM systems and professional phone etiquette.
- Experience dealing with international clients, specifically within Australian, Middle Eastern, or US markets (bonus).
