AI & Paid Media Specialist
Part-Time | Remote | 10–20 Hours/Week
Job Overview
The client is a coaching company helping women in Pharma and Biotech advance their careers on their own terms — without burnout or selling out. Our clients are high-achieving, technically sharp professionals who expect substance, not fluff. Everything we do — our content, our programs, our marketing — is research-backed, values-driven, and built for real results.
We're growing, and we're looking for someone who can help us grow smarter by leveraging AI tools and paid media to extend our reach and sharpen our operations.
Role Overview:
This is a newly created role sitting alongside our existing Admin Assistant. You'll own two distinct but complementary functions: identifying and implementing AI-powered tools and workflows that improve how we operate and deliver, and managing paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google that convert the right people into the right programs.
You don't just execute — you think ahead, bring ideas, and build things before you're asked. You understand that the audience you're marketing to can spot inauthenticity from a mile away, so you handle our brand and our ad spend with care.
Schedule: 10AM-2PM Frederick, MD (Eastern Time)
What You'll Own:
AI Strategy & Implementation
-
Audit current business operations and proactively identify where AI tools can save time, improve quality, or create better client experiences
-
Build and deploy no-code AI applications using platforms like Claude, Claude CoWork, Perplexity, and Repl.it
-
Maintain and iterate on tools you build — this isn't a build-and-disappear role
-
Document what you've built so processes don't live only in your head
-
Stay current on emerging no-code AI tools and bring relevant recommendations to the table
Paid Media Management
- Manage and optimize existing Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google ad campaigns
-
Set up new campaigns using provided copy and creative assets
-
Monitor performance, identify what's working, and make data-informed adjustments
-
Provide clear, concise reporting on key metrics — spend, CPL, conversions — without burying the insight in noise
- Flag issues proactively; don't wait for a check-in to surface a problem
You're the Right Fit If You...
-
Have hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads Manager — you know the platforms, not just the concepts
-
Are fluent in no-code AI tools and genuinely excited about what's possible with them right now
-
Can work independently with minimal oversight and bring a point of view, not just a task list
- Write and communicate clearly — your updates and documentation should be easy to act on
-
Understand that our audience is made up of scientists, clinicians, and regulatory professionals — precision and credibility matter here
- Value equity, inclusion, and working inside a mission-driven brand
Bonus Points If You...
-
Have experience marketing coaching, professional development, or B2C services
- Have built AI-powered workflows or tools for small businesses
-
Are familiar with Airtable and ClickUp
-
Have worked with a niche, high-trust audience where brand voice is non-negotiable
