Job Overview
Our client is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Support & Operations Assistant to join their team. This role focuses on handling customer inquiries, managing refund requests, and supporting day-to-day backend operations. The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, is comfortable using CRM and ticketing systems, and can effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues and retain business.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to customer support emails and tickets in a timely manner
- Handle refund requests and work to retain customers whenever possible
- Use CRM and ticketing systems to track, update, and resolve customer issues
- Perform basic backend administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with occasional social media posting
- Support live event moderation when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles
- Experience handling refunds, disputes, or customer retention scenarios
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
