Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Property Management Coordinator to provide essential phone coverage during a critical daily window. The assistant will handle incoming calls, manage tenant work order requests, and input information directly into the property management system. There is potential for this role to expand to cover after-hours call services based on performance.

Client Overview

The client is a property management company based in Wyoming that recently transitioned to new ownership and is modernizing their operations. They manage residential properties and prioritize excellent customer service with a focus on answering client calls promptly.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Mountain Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from tenants, property owners, and vendors during designated hours.
• Triage and document tenant work order requests and maintenance issues.
• Input work orders directly into Appfolio property management software.
• Prioritize urgent requests and escalate to appropriate team members when necessary.
• Provide general administrative support during downtime, including invoicing or other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Professional verbal and written communication skills for professional phone interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and triage incoming requests.
• Reliable internet connection and comfortable working with cloud-based software systems.
• Previous experience with AppFolio property management software (Preferred).
• Background in property management or real estate administration (Preferred).
• Experience with CRM platforms or project management tools (Preferred).
