The company manages inventory across third-party logistics providers and various retail partnerships including consignment arrangements. JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking an E-Commerce Operations Assistant to provide administrative support for day-to-day operations across multiple sales channels. This role focuses on data entry, invoicing, inventory management, and coordination with logistics partners. The ideal candidate should be autonomous within 45 to 60 days of onboarding and comfortable working with multiple systems and platforms. RESPONSIBILITIES Process invoicing and perform accurate data entry across various business systems. Maintain detailed records of consignment inventory with retail partners. Pull reports from different platforms and send to the data analyst team for inventory modeling. Create and manage Amazon replenishment shipments based on established company rules and guidelines. Coordinate with third-party logistics providers including sending labels and managing shipment communications. Handle general administrative tasks to support the operations side of the business. MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Proven experience with administrative tasks including data entry and invoicing. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Excellent communication skills for liaising with logistics partners and internal team members. Comfortable learning and working with multiple software systems and platforms. NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central or e-commerce platforms. Familiarity with inventory management systems and reporting tools. Experience working with third-party logistics providers or supply chain operations.
