Job Description:
You’ll take ownership of a comprehensive social media strategy for a fast-growing insurance agency that’s revolutionizing how the industry generates leads. This isn’t just posting content—you’ll be the strategic force behind their organic lead generation engine, managing everything from Facebook ad campaigns to CRM workflows. You’ll work directly with the founding team to scale their digital presence while supporting the operational backbone that coordinates 5-6 daily client appointments. This role offers significant growth potential as the company is rapidly expanding and will likely need additional team members within 60 days.
Client Overview:
A rapidly growing virtual insurance agency that generates leads organically through social media rather than purchasing them. The founding partners have built a thriving team-based model where social media serves as the primary engine for business development, and they’re at a critical scaling point where they need professional support to maintain their growth momentum.
Schedule:
- Part-time (20 hours per week) Monday to Friday flexible schedule within EST timezone
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage engaging social media content across Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms
- Develop and execute targeted Facebook ad campaigns with proper audience segmentation and budget optimization
- Manage Go High Level CRM system including email workflows, lead tracking, and appointment coordination
- Handle incoming leads and optimize appointment scheduling for 5-6 daily client meetings
- Create attention-grabbing ad content and optimize social media posts for maximum lead generation
- Manage direct message responses and social media engagement to nurture prospects
- Optimize LinkedIn profiles for influencer-style positioning and professional brand building
- Plan and coordinate content creation sessions with detailed scripts and strategic timelines
- Support lead generation training initiatives for insurance agents within their network
- Handle administrative tasks related to policy placement and carrier follow-ups
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta advertising platform for lead generation campaigns
- Strong content creation skills across multiple social media platforms with demonstrated results (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Experience with Go High Level
- Knowledge of social media optimization and organic lead generation strategies
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills for DM management and engaging content creation
- It helps if you have experience with LinkedIn optimization and professional social media management
- Bonus if you bring basic administrative and organizational skills for backend support
