Real Estate Cold-Calling and Marketing Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and confident Real Estate Cold Caller / Marketing VA who can effectively engage prospects, uncover opportunities, and support business growth through both outbound calling and administrative tasks.

This is not just a calling role—you will play a key part in building and nurturing a long-term outbound and marketing system across real estate, construction, and development. The ideal candidate understands that their role goes beyond dialing—it’s about creating conversations, identifying pain points, and setting qualified appointments.


Key Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls per day using auto dialers (e.g., Mojo, BatchDialer)
  • Engage with a wide range of prospects including:
    • Distressed property owners
    • High-equity homeowners
    • Landowners
    • Buyers, sellers, and investors
    • Realtors, attorneys, inspectors, and referral partners
  • Identify motivation, pain points, and opportunities
  • Handle objections confidently while maintaining a natural and professional tone
  • Set qualified in-person appointments for the sales team

CRM & Administrative Support

  • Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the CRM
  • Consistently follow up with leads and prospects (critical to success)
  • Manage data entry, scheduling, and coordination tasks
  • Conduct outreach to towns, offices, or relevant contacts as needed
  • Support day-to-day business operations and admin requirements

Marketing Support

  • Assist with email and SMS campaigns
  • Support lead nurturing and outreach strategies
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives as needed

Core Requirements

Must-Have

  • Strong, clear English communication skills 
  • Proven experience in high-volume cold calling
  • Comfortable using auto dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, etc.)
  • Excellent objection handling and rapport-building skills
  • Strong CRM management and note-taking ability
  • Ability to maintain energy, consistency, and professionalism throughout the day

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
  • Background in real estate or property-related campaigns
  • Experience with email and SMS marketing campaigns
  • Basic understanding of marketing systems and lead generation
  • Light graphic/design skills (a plus)
