Role Overview

We are seeking a creative Social Media & Content Creation Assistant to transform raw video footage into engaging, high-performing content.

This role focuses on video editing, content production, and social media management, helping grow the brand’s presence across multiple platforms.

Schedule

• 3pm-7pm London time zone GMT; 20h per week

Key Responsibilities 

• Edit and repurpose video content into Reels, TikToks, Stories, and YouTube videos
• Maintain consistent branding across all social media platforms
• Plan and manage a content calendar for regular posting
• Leverage AI tools to improve editing efficiency and content quality
• Create graphics and visual assets using tools like Canva
• Design and edit newsletters to support marketing campaigns
• Support the growth of the YouTube channel with structured content
• Write captions and basic copy for social media posts

Requirements

• Experience in social media content creation and video editing
• Ability to provide a portfolio of previous work
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation/editing
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written communication skills

Highly Regarded Skills & Experience

• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, or lifestyle brands
• Experience growing social media accounts or YouTube channels
• Familiarity with short-form content trends (Reels/TikTok)
• Understanding of content performance metrics and optimization
