Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Overview
You’ll be supporting a dynamic entrepreneur who operates both a thriving marketing agency and an established law firm. This dual-business environment offers diverse challenges and the opportunity to develop skills across marketing and legal administrative functions. The client values efficiency, growth, and building long-term partnerships with their virtual team members. You’ll play a pivotal role in streamlining operations across both businesses while working directly with business owners who prioritize growth and operational excellence.
 

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Toronto Time (including a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging content for marketing campaigns and social media platforms
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and business opportunities
  • Generate qualified leads through various digital marketing channels and strategies
  • Handle professional follow-up calls with prospects and existing clients
  • Manage email correspondence and maintain client communication standards
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling, organization, and document management
  • Support marketing agency operations with campaign execution and client account management
  • Assist with law firm administrative tasks and client coordination
  • Maintain organized systems for tracking projects and client interactions across both businesses

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with international clients, preferably in North American markets (US, UK, Canada)
  • Strong English communication skills with professional writing and speaking abilities
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation activities (APPLICATIONS WTIH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Administrative experience with email management, scheduling, and client communications
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and familiarity with basic marketing tools and platforms
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Ability to work during Canadian business hours with flexible scheduling
  • Bonus if you have experience with legal administrative tasks or professional services
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools is helpful
