Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter/Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will target Managed Service Providers (MSPs) across various industries in the US market, focusing on companies that struggle to fulfill engineering requests in-house. You will collaborate with our global engineering team to understand service capabilities and maintain a consistent daily call volume to meet appointment targets.
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to MSP companies targeting CTOs and technical decision-makers
- Generate qualified appointments for engineering partnership opportunities
- Research and identify prospects using ZoomInfo database
- Present value proposition for global engineering services to potential partners
- Maintain detailed call logs and prospect interaction records
- Follow up with interested prospects to schedule meetings
- Utilize ZoomInfo for lead generation and prospect research
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Experience with B2B cold calling and appointment setting
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence throughout call sessions
- Strong research skills for prospect identification and preparation
- High level of attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
