Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound phone calls from customers inquiring about vehicle availability and rental options
  • Process vehicle bookings by confirming dates, times, and customer details accurately
  • Provide clear and professional information to callers regarding rental services
  • Perform general back-end administrative tasks during periods of low call volume
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date booking records to ensure seamless operations
  • Deliver a positive customer experience on every interaction to support client retention

Requirements

  • Strong spoken English with clear and professional phone communication skills
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly over the phone
  • High level of attention to detail when recording booking information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during quieter periods
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to commit to Australian business hours
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor suited to a service-oriented environment
