Overview
We are seeking a Content Specialist who can independently manage and optimize search visibility and content effectiveness across digital channels. The ideal person in this role has proven expertise in keyword research, on‑page and website optimization, content audits, and performance analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements. They should be comfortable optimizing user journeys, landing pages, and marketing sequences to drive engagement and conversions, while collaborating efficiently with internal teams, meeting deadlines, and aligning work with brand, business goals, and measurable KPIs.
Schedule:
- Full Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time | 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to design and develop digital campaign assets, including AdWords ads, focus articles, landing pages, videos, and premium content. Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines while effectively managing the relationship to finalize and deliver these items.
- Coordinate and refine content alongside our internal and external teams for brochures, line cards, case studies, and other marketing collateral, ensuring that all materials are both informative and engaging and meet deliverable deadlines.
- Working with our internal and external teams to refine, manage, and create social media strategy and content, e-mail campaigns, and ABM campaigns including organic posts that promote and engage audiences.
- Optimize marketing sequences by analyzing performance data, adjusting messaging and timing, and segmenting audiences to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Schedule, review, and post content across all platforms, ensuring grammar and accuracy of all deliverables.
- Lead the development and creation of presentations, including webinars, tech talks, corporate decks, as well as the creation of sales outreach templates and related materials to support business development and client engagement efforts.
- Manage and update the company website, including content additions, user journey optimization, SEO and SMO enhancements, and regular performance monitoring to ensure an engaging and effective online presence. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, tracking and optimization.
- Oversee the creation and publication of industry editorials to enhance brand authority.
- Work in conjunction with the marketing leadership team towards the creation of a content strategy map.
Key Attributes & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in in SEO, content marketing, or digital performance optimization.
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation, considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with vendor’s and partners.
