They work with tier one developers across multiple simultaneous projects and are modernizing their operations by migrating from traditional Excel-based systems to Procore for comprehensive project management.

Job Description

You’ll be the cornerstone of a growing construction company’s digital transformation, working directly with the business owner to implement and manage Procore across multiple high-value residential developments. This isn’t just a software admin role—you’ll be building the operational backbone that supports millions of dollars in construction projects while having the opportunity to grow into a comprehensive right-hand position as the company continues its rapid expansion.

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm UK with a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage Procore system across multiple construction sites and developments (50-500 houses each)
  • Design and implement cost coding structures and project templates for groundworks and civils projects
  • Lead the migration from Excel and Asana systems to fully integrated Procore workflows
  • Create standardized templates and processes for similar house types while accommodating site-specific variables
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business leadership and the Procore platform
  • Train and guide the business owner on Procore functionality and best practices
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate project tracking across all active developments
  • Establish workflows for deep drainage, roads, services, and foundation work up to DPC level

Requirements

  • You bring proven experience with Procore system administration and a solid understanding of groundworks and civils construction processes.
  • You understand construction cost coding, project management principles, and have worked with projects involving deep drainage, roads, services, and foundation work.
  • Bonus if you have experience with large-scale residential developments or have worked with tier one developers.
  • It helps if you’re comfortable training others and can work independently while collaborating closely with business leadership.
