Client Overview: A growing Travel Management Company (TMC) based in Toronto that specializes in comprehensive travel services for corporate clients. They manage complex client portfolios, handle sophisticated booking systems, and maintain an internal development team for ongoing technical innovation. The company is expanding their service coverage to provide 24⁄7 client support and exploring additional growth opportunities in both customer service and technical development.
Job Description: You’ll be the critical link ensuring seamless client experiences when North American offices close. This role puts you at the center of a dynamic travel management operation where your expertise directly impacts client satisfaction and business continuity. You’ll have the autonomy to make real-time decisions on complex travel arrangements, manage valuable client relationships, and be an essential part of operations that never sleep. This position offers the perfect opportunity for experienced travel professionals to leverage their skills in a flexible, remote environment while making a meaningful impact on client success.
Work Schedule: 1st agent: Monday to Friday 9pm to 6am. 2nd agent 12am to 9am both with one hour of unpaid break.
Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Toronto)
Responsibilities:
- Handle after-hours client communications and urgent travel inquiries outside standard North America business hours
- Manage assigned client portfolios and process travel-related requests during off-hours coverage
- Execute rebooking and reissuing of travel arrangements with accuracy and speed
- Provide expert customer service support for travel emergencies and complex situations
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Navigate booking systems to process changes, cancellations, and new reservations
- Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure continuity of service and information flow
- Document client interactions and maintain detailed records of all transactions
Requirements:

You bring proven experience in travel booking and travel industry operations.

Proficiency with Sabre booking system is essential, along with strong English communication skills for seamless interaction with North American clients.

You’re comfortable working during North America after-hours and have customer service experience handling complex travel situations.

Bonus if you have experience with other GDS systems, knowledge of corporate travel policies, or familiarity with travel management company operations.
