This role offers a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end content workflows, from video editing to humanizing AI-driven blog posts, while driving lead generation and brand awareness.

Flexible within business hours M-F 8am-5pm CT

Responsibilities

• Edit raw job site video footage into polished, branded short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media channels to maximize audience engagement
• Refine AI-generated blog drafts to ensure a natural, human tone before publishing
• Develop visually compelling social media posts that align with the company's brand identity in the roofing industry
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Monitor content performance and adjust strategy to optimize reach and engagement

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in social media management and content creation (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Strong video editing skills with a focus on short-form content (Reels, TikTok)
• Ability to edit and humanize AI-generated written content for blog publishing
• High level of attention to detail and a strong eye for visual aesthetics
• Excellent written communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
