Project Coordinator - Stormwater Management

Job Overview

The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of stormwater management projects by providing technical and project coordination support from start to finish. This role works closely with sales and internal teams to prepare drawings, estimates, and project documentation while ensuring alignment with client specifications. They act as a key link between teams, maintaining accurate project data, supporting sales efforts, and contributing technical input to ensure efficient, high-quality project execution.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid/paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers & team on assigned projects from start to finish.
  • Prepare, review and revise shop drawings in accordance with project specifications as required.
  • Work closely with and support the sales team in stormwater management system sales opportunities.
  • Consistent use of systems/database – Hubspot CRM, NetSuite ERP, and Procore for project management.
  • Recommend field installation strategies and communicate technical solutions as required.
  • Prepare quotes, bill of materials, take-offs for assigned projects and ensure design drawings conform to project specifications.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience using AutoCAD with a high level of understanding.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interactions with team members, superiors, and other departments.
  • Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks.
  • Committed to optimizing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Demonstrated dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team or organization.

Qualifications

  • Background in Engineering or Science would be an asset.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
