Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time Appointment Setter to manage incoming and outbound calls with pre-qualified leads. This role focuses on scheduling appointments for the sales team to visit customer properties. The goal is to book 5-15 appointments daily through approximately 100 calls per day across three available time slots.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Client Timezone: Pacific Time (PT)

Responsibilities

 

•  Answer incoming calls from warm leads who have submitted online inquiries for roofing services. 
• Make outbound calls to follow up with potential customers interested in roof replacement or repair. 
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to visit customer properties. 
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms. 
•  Navigate and manage customer information in the CRM system (JobNimbus). 

   

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or in a similar role (2-5 years preferred).
• Strong sales skills with the ability to engage warm leads and convert them into scheduled appointments.

•  Excellent communication skills for phone, email, and messaging interactions. 

Nice-To-Have Requirements

• Experience working with CRM systems, particularly JobNimbus.

• Background in the roofing industry or related home improvement sectors

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
