Our client is a real estate professional team focused on growing their digital presence and brand through high-quality video content. They create educational content and property tours to engage their audience across multiple platforms including social media and YouTube.

Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Ads Specialist with strong video editing skills to manage and scale advertising campaigns across Facebook (primary), Google, and YouTube, while also supporting the creation of high-converting video creatives.

This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who understands both the technical side of paid advertising (campaign setup, optimisation, tracking) and the creative side (video editing, ad creatives, messaging). You will play a key role in driving growth through data-driven campaigns and engaging content.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (Primary Focus)

Plan, launch, and manage Facebook Ads campaigns with a focus on performance and scalability
Conduct A/B testing (split testing) on creatives, audiences, and copy
Write and optimise ad copy aligned with campaign objectives
Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
Set up and manage tracking (pixels, events, conversions)
Support campaigns across Google Ads and YouTube Ads where applicable
Continuously test and improve strategies to increase performance and ROI


Creative & Video Editing

Edit video content for paid ads using provided raw footage
Create engaging short-form video ads optimised for performance (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
Collaborate on creative concepts, hooks, and messaging for ads
Produce multiple variations of creatives for testing purposes
Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and performance goals


Requirements

Proven experience managing Facebook Ads campaigns with strong results
Experience with split testing, ad copywriting, and campaign optimisation
Understanding of ad performance metrics and KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.)
Experience with Google Ads and/or YouTube Ads (preferred)
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools; APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
Ability to create high-performing video creatives for paid ads
Knowledge of tracking setup (Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, etc.)
Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns
Ability to manage both creative and technical aspects of advertising

 

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
