Job Overview
We’re looking for a Content & Growth Marketer to help us turn high-quality product content into consistent, high-impact distribution. This is not a traditional marketing role. You will work directly with the founder to transform raw ideas, product moments, and customer insights into compelling content—and ensure that content reaches the right audience. You will own both content production and distribution, with a strong focus on making sure what we create actually gets seen, engaged with, and drives meaningful outcomes.

Monday - Friday, Flexible between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Nashville, TN Time (4 hours/day, 20 hours/week) CST

Responsibilities
1. Content Production (~50%)
- Create and manage a consistent content calendar aligned with business goals
- Capture and edit product moments (demos, walkthroughs, real usage)
- Repurpose content across multiple formats and platforms
- Write blogs and articles optimized for SEO and social media
- Transform founder inputs (voice notes, bullet points, conversations) into LinkedIn posts, Twitter/X posts, Short-form video scripts/clips, and Blog content
2. Distribution & Growth (~50%)
- Own and execute content distribution across LinkedIn and Twitter/X (and other channels as needed): Posting, scheduling, commenting, and audience engagement
- Community participation (founders, freelancers, sales audiences)
- Execute lightweight outbound strategies from content (DMs, follow-ups)
- Experiment with creative tactics to improve reach and engagement
- Track and analyze performance to identify what drives conversations, demos, and conversions
- Support and understand digital ad campaign execution
Requirements
- Someone obsessed with distribution, not just content creation

Qualifications
- Proven experience creating high-quality content for startups, SaaS, or founder-led brands
- Strong writing skills (clear, concise, non-generic, and engaging)
- Basic video editing skills (short-form content, clips, simple edits)
- Understanding of how content performs on LinkedIn and Twitter/X
- Familiarity with content repurposing and multi-channel distribution
- Experience or exposure to digital advertising campaigns is a plus
- Ability to track metrics and translate performance data into actionable insights

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
