Job Description:
You’ll own the complete social media strategy for a thriving luxury retail business, transforming their digital presence and driving real foot traffic to their stores. This role offers the perfect blend of creative strategy and performance marketing, where you’ll develop comprehensive campaigns that convert online engagement into in-store sales. You’ll work directly with the business owners to maintain their established brand vibe while scaling their digital impact through strategic content planning and targeted advertising.

Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive social media planning and strategy for Instagram and Facebook platforms
- Create detailed content scripts and shot lists for the business to execute in-store
- Plan and manage social media campaigns that align with the company’s established luxury brand aesthetic
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms to drive store traffic
- Focus on engagement strategies that convert online followers to in-store customers
- Provide strategic guidance on content creation while working with client-provided materials
- Meet established deadlines for content planning and campaign delivery
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for in-store conversion metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in social media marketing and comprehensive strategy development
- Expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) paid advertising, optimization, and conversion tracking
- Strong content planning, scripting, and campaign development abilities
- Experience converting social media engagement into physical store traffic or offline conversions
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling while consistently meeting deadlines
- Bonus if you have experience with luxury retail, jewelry, or family business dynamics
- It helps if you understand brick-and-mortar retail marketing challenges and solutions
