Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media accounts with regular posting and audience engagement
- Execute cold outreach campaigns via email and phone to pitch shows to potential venues and hosts
- Update the company website on Squarespace with new show locations and tour information
- Create and deploy email marketing campaigns using MailChimp to engage audiences
- Build event ticketing pages on the Universe platform with provided training and guidance
- Support basic content creation and graphic design tasks as opportunities arise
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital marketing channels
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience with social media management and content scheduling across multiple platforms
- Familiarity with MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation
- Basic knowledge of Squarespace or comparable website builders for content updates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach activities
- Bonus if you have basic graphic design skills or experience with design tools
- It helps if you’re comfortable learning new platforms and being coached on specific processes
- You bring a proactive attitude and ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks
