Role Overview:
This person will be responsible for creating and executing our social media strategy, so previous marketing experience is essential. They will work closely with me as the business owner, alongside a sales team member and our customers.

It offers services such as custom website development, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing to drive visibility, generate leads, and improve conversions. The agency also prioritises efficiency and sustainability in its processes, reflecting a commitment to long-term growth and client success.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 4 hours per day within the client’s office hours (starts at 8:00 am Philippine time)

Scope of Work:
Social Media & Marketing
- Developing and owning a social media strategy
- Creating and scheduling content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Creating short-form video content
- Producing training and educational videos for YouTube and marketing
- Ensuring content aligns with the brand, tone, and values
CRM & VA Support
- Managing and responding to emails
- Updating and maintaining the CRM
- Creating and managing workflows and automations within the CRM
- Creating and sending EDMs via the CRM
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in marketing and social media strategy
- Strong working knowledge of GoHighLevel CRM
- Video creation and basic editing skills
- Excellent written English and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
