Client Success & Account Executive

Job Description:

You’ll take ownership of client success by managing dedicated accounts and ensuring they achieve their business development goals. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse, innovative companies across Southeast Asia while building long-term partnerships that drive real results. You’ll be the strategic partner clients rely on to deliver the growth they signed up for.

Client Overview:

A leading go-to-market engine serving Southeast Asia’s most ambitious SaaS and construction companies. The company delivers end-to-end business development services, connects clients with key decision-makers, and ensures measurable results through strategic outbound efforts and relationship-building across the region.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule within APAC business hours (across multiple time zones, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple client accounts with full ownership of their success and satisfaction
  • Execute complete sales cycles on behalf of assigned client companies
  • Generate qualified leads and book high-value meetings for clients
  • Ensure clients consistently receive contracted deliverables and exceed expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers across client organizations
  • Support client growth objectives through targeted outbound campaigns and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize their business development strategies
  • Track and report on client performance metrics and ROI

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience with proven account management and client success background
  • Understanding of the Southeast Asia business landscape, markets, and cultural nuances
  • Strong outbound sales capabilities, including lead generation and relationship building
  • Experience managing multiple client relationships simultaneously with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Bonus if you have experience in the SaaS or construction industries
  • It helps if you’re familiar with CRM systems and client success platforms
