Digital Advertising Specialist (Google & Meta)

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a results-driven Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple accounts. This role is focused on driving measurable growth through data-backed strategies and continuous testing. The ideal candidate thrives in an environment where campaign performance is analyzed meticulously to lower CPA and scale ROAS.

  • Monday – Friday, Flexible schedule (Must have overlap hours with PST) (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage full-funnel campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Research & Strategy: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign structure.
  • Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS through hands-on adjustments.
  • A/B Testing: Run systematic A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies to identify top performers.
  • Budget & Bidding: Manage daily budgets and execute bidding strategies to maximize account performance and efficiency.
  • Tracking & Analytics: Set up and monitor conversion tracking, including pixels, events, and tags, to ensure data integrity.
  • Reporting: Analyze performance data and deliver clear, actionable reports to stakeholders or clients.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams or clients on creative direction, messaging, and landing page alignment.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with a proven ROI track record.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Account Management: Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to troubleshooting tracking issues or performance dips.

Qualifications (Preferred)

  • Previous experience working in an agency environment managing diverse client accounts.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.
  • Basic understanding of secondary paid channels such as LinkedIn Ads or TikTok Ads.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
