Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking mental health services
  • Manage appointment scheduling and booking for multiple clinicians
  • Conduct professional follow-up communications with current and prospective clients
  • Handle incoming office calls with exceptional customer service
  • Manage email correspondence and administrative communications
  • Support practice growth through efficient operational management
  • Organize and maintain client communication systems
  • Help with the creation of engaging social media content focused on mental health awareness

Requirements

  • Previous administrative assistant experience, preferably in healthcare or medical settings
  • Strong communication skills for sensitive client interactions
  • Experience with appointment scheduling systems and calendar management
  • Proficiency in email management and general administrative tasks
  • Customer service experience, particularly phone-based client support
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • HIPAA compliance knowledge (comprehensive training provided)
  • Social media content management experience (for expanded role opportunities)
  • Genuine interest in supporting mental health services and client care
