Job Description

You’ll drive the internal growth of a dynamic company that’s reshaping how Southeast Asia businesses scale their operations. This role puts you at the center of building lead generation processes, managing sales cycles, and working directly with the founder to expand into new markets. You’ll have the autonomy to shape systems and processes while contributing to sustainable growth in one of the world’s most exciting business regions.

Schedule

  • APAC business hours with flexibility across multiple time zones; 40 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Manage complete sales cycles from prospecting through closing for internal business development
  • Generate qualified leads and prospects to fuel company expansion
  • Book strategic meetings with potential clients and strategic partners
  • Oversee current internal projects and growth initiatives
  • Develop and optimize lead generation processes and systems
  • Support founder with high-impact operational sales activities
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across Southeast Asia markets
  • Track and report on pipeline development and conversion metrics

Requirements

  • B2B sales experience with demonstrated success in lead generation and pipeline management
  • Experience working with or understanding of Southeast Asia business markets and cultural dynamics
  • Strong outbound sales skills including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities
  • Bonus if you have SaaS or construction industry experience
  • It helps if you’re familiar with CRM systems and sales automation tools
