Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in freeing up leadership time for high-level decision making while managing essential administrative operations across multiple business entities. This position offers direct collaboration with business leadership and the opportunity to make an immediate impact on growing companies. You’ll handle diverse responsibilities that keep you engaged while building valuable cross-industry experience with room for significant role expansion.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Eastern

Responsibilities

  • Manage email correspondence across multiple business entities and ensure timely responses
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business operations
  • Support marketing initiatives including data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting
  • Perform data entry, document formatting, and meeting agenda preparation
  • Coordinate fitness studio scheduling using Glowfox software and member management systems
  • Send membership invitations and manage studio communications for private fitness facility
  • Manually manage private studio settings and member access due to software limitations
  • Monitor and respond to emails across dental, real estate, and fitness business channels
  • Assist with operational tasks and administrative support to enable business growth
  • Analyze marketing metrics and prepare formatted reports for leadership review

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with email management, scheduling tools, and basic data analysis
  • Experience with data entry and document formatting
  • Excellent written communication skills and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple business priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented approach to administrative tasks with accuracy focus
