Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Central Time, with a 30-minute paid break (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities
- Outbound Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to prospects from pre-qualified lead lists generated through Google SEO.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with homeowners to assess their specific roofing needs, urgency, and timeline.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule onsite roofing inspections with qualified prospects for the field team.
- Rapport Building: Use a charismatic, conversational tone to build trust and minimize call rejection; avoid sounding like a "call center."
- Script Adaptation: Follow provided scripts effectively while remaining flexible enough to adapt to natural conversation flows.
- Data Management: Track and manage all prospect interactions and status updates using the company CRM system.
- Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed daily lead conversion metrics and appointment-setting goals.
Requirements
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills are non-negotiable for this role.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in cold calling and appointment setting.
- Personality: Charismatic and persuasive personality with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience working with lead management systems and CRM platforms.
- Setup: A reliable internet connection and a professional, quiet home office setup.
