Job Description:
You’ll be the driving force behind a recruitment agency’s talent acquisition efforts, directly impacting their ability to connect top accounting and finance professionals with career opportunities. Client Overview:
A growing recruitment agency specializing in accounting and finance placements across Australia’s major markets. They’re scaling their talent acquisition operations and need consistent outreach execution to maintain robust candidate pipelines. Perth represents one of their biggest markets, driving their need for strategic timing coverage.
Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Australian Western Standard Time, with a 30 minute paid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Manage LinkedIn recruiter platform for multiple recruitment consultants
- Execute daily connection strategies with targeted accounting and finance professionals
- Send strategic outreach messages based on seasonal campaigns (Easter, end of financial year) and specific role requirements
- Research and build comprehensive database of companies and firms across Australia
- Identify and research decision makers at target organizations
- Maintain accurate company database tracking acquisitions, closures, and organizational changes
- Support headhunting efforts for high-priority roles and client events
- Optimize message timing for maximum engagement across different Australian time zones
Requirements:
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiter platform is required for this role
- Strong research and database management capabilities
- Excellent written communication skills for professional outreach messaging
- Bonus if you have recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- It helps if you’re detail-oriented with experience maintaining business databases
