Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Lead Generation Specialist to generate high-quality leads for outbound sales campaigns. This is a strategic role designed for a partner, not just a task executor. The ideal candidate will proactively provide insights, optimise processes, and influence lead generation strategy while ensuring accuracy, relevance, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify high-quality leads across Australia, with initial focus on the Pet Sector and Artificial Turf/Property-related industries.
  • Conduct thorough research using Google Maps, websites, reviews, and images to verify leads, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and outdoor/turf potential where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed lead data in CRM systems, including all mandatory fields.
  • Prioritise high-value prospects and ensure KPIs are met: verified leads per hour, quality standards (Tier A/B), and completeness of required data.
  • Collaborate with management to refine lead generation strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Engage professionally with prospective clients via calls and emails.
  • Track performance metrics, create periodic reports, and continuously optimise lead generation processes.
  • Identify high-potential markets and niche opportunities for outbound campaigns.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support evolving business objectives.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5+ years of senior-level lead generation experience in B2B or niche sectors.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality leads with measurable impact.
  • Experience acting as a strategic partner, providing insights and recommendations, not just executing tasks.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, including verification of business data and interpretation of online reviews, images, and websites.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional sales presence.
  • Ability to meet and exceed measurable KPIs consistently.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to work remotely with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior leadership or stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management (Hubspot, Jobber, Shopify, or similar).

Preferred:

  • Experience in sectors such as Pet Services, Artificial Turf, Landscaping, or Property Management is advantageous.
  • Ability to assess outdoor areas and potential turf usage for the Pet Sector.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and optimising processes.
