Administrative/Personal Assistant

Job Description:

You’ll serve as the trusted right-hand to a busy sales executive who needs someone to keep everything organized while they focus on closing deals and growing the business. This role offers the perfect opportunity to directly impact a growing enterprise by providing essential administrative support and becoming an indispensable part of the team. You’ll work independently during scheduled blocks while maintaining clear communication and proactive task management.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week); Monday to Friday 1pm to 5pm EST Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Slack communications and provide regular status updates
  • Organize and prioritize daily tasks to keep operations running smoothly
  • Serve as communication liaison when notifications are disabled
  • Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as they arise throughout the day
  • Assist with CRM follow-ups and client management activities
  • Maintain organized documentation of daily activities and communications
  • Provide hourly check-ins and status updates during designated work hours
  • Coordinate between multiple projects and client relationships

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience with Slack and basic administrative software platforms
  • Ability to work independently during scheduled 4-hour blocks
  • Reliable internet connection and professional communication standards
  • Proactive approach to task management and problem-solving
  • Bonus if you have basic familiarity with CRM systems
