Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Central Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns using provided scripts and lead lists
- Contact recent homebuyers based on home purchase data and timing
- Follow up on internet leads and inquiries from potential clients
- Set qualified appointments for insurance consultations and quotes
- Navigate through gatekeepers to reach homeowner decision makers
- Use existing phone dialer systems for efficient call management
- Maintain detailed call logs and track appointment setting metrics
- Communicate regularly with management on progress and campaign results
- Handle initial objections and maintain professional, friendly demeanor
- Qualify prospects based on insurance needs and timing
Requirements
- Previous experience in cold calling and appointment setting roles
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with US-based clients and understanding American culture
- Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bonus if you have familiarity with phone dialer systems and CRM tools
- It helps if you have experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Bonus if you have any background in insurance or financial services
