Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth by connecting homeowners with valuable free estimate opportunities. Using an automated dialer system, you’ll work with pre-qualified leads to schedule appointments that directly impact the company’s revenue. This isn’t just cold calling – you’ll be the bridge between interested prospects and life-changing home improvement solutions. With comprehensive training, proven scripts, and performance incentives, you’ll have everything needed to succeed while building a foundation for significant career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls using Ready Mode automated dialer system to contact pre-generated leads
  • Schedule 3-5 quality appointments daily for sales representatives to provide free home improvement estimates
  • Follow company-provided scripts and proven sales processes during customer interactions
  • Achieve target 30% sit rate (1 out of 3 scheduled appointments results in completed estimate meetings)
  • Maintain professional communication with prospects to build rapport and trust
  • Document call outcomes and appointment details accurately in company systems
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
  • Communicate with management team via preferred platforms (WhatsApp, Slack, or Google Chat)

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
  • Sales-oriented mindset with motivation to achieve daily appointment targets
  • Ability to work full-time hours and maintain consistent performance
  • Strong listening skills and ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection while maintaining positive attitude
  • Bonus if you have experience with appointment setting or outbound calling
  • It helps if you’re comfortable using automated dialer systems and basic computer applications
