Job Description

Take ownership of comprehensive social media strategy and execution for a thriving luxury real estate company that’s redefining digital marketing in the high-end property sector. You’ll create engaging, compliant content across multiple platforms while building brand awareness for both the company and individual agents. Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for company, individual agents, and developer partners
  • Create viral, trending content that adheres to luxury brand guidelines and fair housing compliance
  • Develop and execute both paid and organic social media strategies with measurable results
  • Collaborate with on-site videographer to produce high-quality multimedia content
  • Design compelling marketing materials using Canva and specialized real estate platforms
  • Coordinate print marketing campaigns and vendor relationships
  • Support upcoming Google Ads and YouTube advertising campaign launches
  • Create content for strategic brand partnerships and vendor collaborations
  • Ensure all content meets real estate industry regulations and compliance standards

Requirements

  • Proven track record in social media management and digital marketing with portfolio examples
  • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and fair housing compliance (strongly preferred)
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trending content, and audience engagement strategies
  • Hands-on experience with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization
  • Proficiency in design tools like Canva and content creation platforms
  • Exceptional copywriting skills for creating engaging captions and visual content
  • Experience with brand strategy development and multi-demographic audience targeting
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality standards
