They create compelling point-of-sale materials that appear in supermarkets, pharmacies, and department stores throughout Southeast Asia and Australia. The team is currently operating at 200% capacity, making this role critical for immediate impact.

Job Description: You’ll create stunning point-of-sale materials that stop consumers in their tracks across major retail channels throughout Asia Pacific. Working directly with the creative director, you’ll bring brand experiences to life through innovative 3D visualization and design, transforming supplied master assets into compelling retail displays. This role offers immediate impact as you help relieve an overloaded team while growing your skills from adaptation work to potentially creating key visuals and finished artwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Create point-of-sale materials including gondola ends, standees, wobblers, shelf strips, and island displays using 3D visualization techniques
  • Develop compelling 3D renders using Photoshop and specialized 3D software to bring designs to life
  • Adapt master designs across multiple markets and languages (Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore, Australia)
  • Collaborate with the creative director to produce high-quality POSM designs under supervision
  • Handle both temporary materials (cardboard/plastic for 6-month campaigns) and permanent retail fixtures (wood/steel for 2-3 year installations)
  • Prepare finished artwork including high-resolution files, accurate sizing, CMYK color management, and print-ready specifications
  • Work across diverse retail channels from supermarkets and pharmacies to high-end department stores and beauty retailers
  • Maintain real-time communication and meet project deadlines in a task-based work environment

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of design experience at mid-weight level (between junior and senior)
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with 3D visualization capabilities
  • Point-of-sale material design experience and understanding of retail environments
  • Excellent English communication skills for seamless collaboration
  • Ability to work independently on adaptations while following established brand guidelines
  • Bonus if you have experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or male grooming categories
  • It helps if you have knowledge of print production processes and CMYK color management
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with finished artwork preparation and high-resolution file requirements
