Job Description

You’ll play a critical role supporting a busy manufacturing team by taking on essential estimating workflow that directly impacts project success. Responsibilities

• Perform accurate takeoffs from construction plans and specifications using Planswift
• Conduct detailed cost estimation for construction projects featuring company materials
• Support the in-house drafting and estimating team with overflow workflow management
• Access and analyze project information through plan hub sources
• Process incoming leads and project requests with attention to detail
• Collaborate with existing team members to maintain quality and consistency standards
• Contribute to workflow optimization as the business scales
• Ensure accurate calculations and timely project turnaround

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Planswift estimating software (essential)
• Proven experience in construction estimating and takeoffs
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and manufacturing processes
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in calculations
• Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
• Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
• Bonus if you have experience with plan hub platforms
• It helps if you’ve worked with manufacturing companies in the construction space
