Job Description:
You’ll be the strategic coordinator who keeps Amazon logistics operations running smoothly across the UK. This role puts you at the center of daily operations, where your planning and coordination directly impact driver productivity and delivery success. You’ll work with one of the world’s largest e-commerce platforms while developing expertise in logistics optimization and transport management.
Client Overview:
A growing UK transport company specializing in Amazon logistics operations across the country. They manage an established fleet of drivers and focus on optimizing delivery routes and load assignments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction within Amazon’s extensive logistics network.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, schedule to cover night shift based on the UK time zone (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate driver routes across the UK for Amazon contract deliveries
- Book transport jobs directly with Amazon’s logistics platform
- Match drivers with appropriate loads and shift assignments
- Process daily orders and coordinate logistics operations
- Optimize route efficiency and driver scheduling
- Communicate with drivers to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and track delivery performance and timing
- Coordinate with Amazon systems for load planning and assignment
Requirements:
- Experience in dispatching, transport planning, or logistics coordination
- Strong knowledge of UK geography and transport routes
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with logistics software and coordination systems
- Clear communication skills for driver and system coordination
- Bonus if you have experience with Amazon logistics or delivery networks
