Overview
We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate marketing strategies and brand identity into compelling visuals across digital and print channels.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 10:00am, 3:00pm - 7:00pm Anola (8 Hours Per Day/40Hours Per Week) (Central Time)

Key Responsibilities
● Develop mock-ups and design prototypes for website landing pages using Figma.
● Create custom graphics and illustrations for social media templates.
● Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
● Design presentations, sales materials, and marketing collateral.
● Understand the target audience and marketing strategy, tailoring designs accordingly.
● Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to ensure alignment with overall business strategies.
● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation in design.
● Design and produce advertising materials for digital and print platforms.
● Ensure design consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements
● Portfolio or samples demonstrating previous graphic design work.
● Proficiency in Figma for online design mock-ups.
● Strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom).
● Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
● Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly Regarded Skills and Experience
● Experience in digital photography and website design.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
● Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
