Job Description
You’ll drive revenue growth by building meaningful relationships with premium hospitality venues and cafes. This isn’t about high-volume cold calling – you’ll work with a curated pool of quality prospects, using your consultative expertise to understand their needs and guide them through a structured sales process. With significant commission opportunities and quarterly bonuses that can equal or exceed your base salary, this role rewards relationship-building skills and sales excellence.


Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify and qualify high-quality hospitality accounts and premium cafes
  • Execute consultative sales approach focusing on understanding client motivators and business needs
  • Manage structured sales process including product sampling coordination and strategic follow-up
  • Nurture relationships through multiple touchpoints while maintaining professionalism with busy decision-makers
  • Transition qualified accounts to customer success team after establishing initial relationships
  • Develop prospect research strategies while working with provided lead lists
  • Maintain pipeline integrity and avoid burning through finite prospect pools
  • Achieve quarterly volume targets through relationship-focused selling approach

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or related B2B industry
  • Proven consultative selling skills with track record of building relationships over transactions
  • Experience managing longer sales cycles (2 weeks to 3 months)
  • Demonstrated ability to nurture prospects professionally without aggressive tactics
  • Strong communication skills suitable for premium hospitality market interactions
  • Assertiveness balanced with relationship-building approach and follow-through excellence
  • Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • It helps if you understand hospitality industry dynamics and decision-making processes
