Responsibilities:

Take incoming calls from homeowners interested in fencing and decking projects and convert them into scheduled estimates

Process inbound leads from multiple channels including phone, messaging platforms, and third-party lead sources

Follow up with existing prospects who haven’t booked yet to maximize conversion rates

Conduct strategic outbound calls to re-engage previous leads and drive appointment bookings

Manage dispatch operations by coordinating estimator schedules and ensuring accurate appointment logistics

Reach out to dormant leads during downtime to unlock hidden revenue opportunities

Maintain detailed records and updates in GoHighLevel and ServiceTitan systems

Collaborate with field teams to ensure seamless customer experience from call to completion
Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills with clear, professional phone presence that builds trust

2-5 years of customer service experience, ideally in construction, home improvement, or related industries

Experience with CRM software and lead management processes

Ability to work flexible afternoon/evening hours and occasional weekends

Strong organizational skills for managing multiple leads and complex scheduling coordination
