Schedule

Monday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AET, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Note: Each agent will work a 40-hour week, with shared coverage across 7 days between two agents. This includes participation in a rotating weekend schedule.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Handle customer feedback professionally and support ongoing service improvement.
- Manage and prioritize email communications efficiently.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 tools for daily tasks, reporting, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service experience, ideally within a premium or luxury brand environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and professional communication style.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of a rotation schedule.
Qualifications
- Experience in food service, hospitality, or retail environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High level of empathy and patience in customer interactions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with order processing or inventory systems.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
