Client Overview:
A dynamic real estate and estate planning law firm handling high-volume litigation and comprehensive estate services. The firm operates with an established team of legal professionals and maintains demanding client communication standards that require immediate case updates and seamless document management across multiple systems.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume email communications, processing 300+ daily messages from legal filings and pleadings
- Coordinate comprehensive calendar management and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Execute file management and organization for active litigation and estate planning cases
- Upload and download documents between firm systems and various client platforms
- Ensure immediate client updates on case developments and filing status
- Monitor and process incoming pleadings and legal documents from multiple parties
- Coordinate communication flow between attorneys, clients, and court personnel

Requirements:
- Legal background or paralegal experience (specific practice area not required)
