Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to residential customers in areas with new fiber optic internet installations.
- Engage prospects using effective sales techniques to convert leads into closed deals for telecommunications services.
- Manage and update lead information in the company CRM and dialer system throughout the sales process.
- Handle objections professionally and maintain resilience when encountering challenging prospects.
- Submit daily reports tracking the number of calls made, connections achieved, and lead status updates.
- Meet or exceed sales targets to qualify for commission bonuses and supplier incentive programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, cold calling, or appointment setting roles.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone presence and professional speaking ability.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications industry selling internet services, phone systems, or related products.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-volume sales environments and handle rejection professionally.
Qualifications
- Customer service background with experience managing client relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and automated dialer platforms.
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and earning performance-based incentives.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
