Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time, with 1 hour break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of targeted cold calls daily to prospective business funding clients
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team with interested prospects
- Follow up with warm leads through multiple communication channels
- Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and outcomes in CRM systems
- Handle administrative tasks related to lead management and data entry
- Build and maintain organized call lists and prospect databases
- Represent the company professionally in all client communications
- Potentially expand into processing complete funding applications as role evolves
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of cold calling experience in the US market
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent in follow-up activities
- Bonus if you have experience in business funding, lending, or financial services industry
- It helps if you’re familiar with dialing software and sales automation tools

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
