Responsibilities
- Connect with pre-qualified leads who have shown interest through digital marketing campaigns
- Provide professional, knowledgeable responses to initial inquiries about solar energy solutions
- Schedule qualified appointments for field surveyors to conduct property assessments
- Master our advanced CRM system to manage effectively and track lead progression
- Collaborate with AI technology to optimize lead conversion processes
- Handle customer objections with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Meet or exceed monthly appointment booking targets
- Contribute to the team’s continuous improvement through feedback and best practice sharing
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills with clear pronunciation
- Minimum 1 year experience in B2C sales or customer service
- Professional home office setup with primary and backup internet connections
- Comfortable working UK business hours (adjusted for local time zone)
- Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
- Strong problem-solving and objection handling abilities
- Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving targets
- Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals
- Available to work flexible shifts including Saturdays
